Long-term performance of any roof system depends upon mostly simple, ongoing preventative maintenance. A well-executed maintenance plan will not only extend the life of your roof, but may very well lead to the detection of minor problems that can easily be corrected before damage to the roof or interior of the building occurs. It may also help avoid more serious leak problems that might interrupt the every day affairs and operation of the building.
The first step in establishing an effective maintenance program is a visual inspection of the roof surface by a qualified project manager. A customized preventative maintenance program can then be developed that meets your roof’s specific needs. These reports typically include a photographic study of our observations, recommended interventions, and a cost schedule for the corrective action.
Our highly trained service crews, under the direction and supervision of our project managers, and/or superintendents, will execute the proposed scope of work in a professional and timely manner. Upon completion of specified repairs and maintenance, you will receive a photographic summary of the work performed, as well as recommendations for future inspections and maintenance.
